We love Cape Ann! We grew up vacationing in the area with our families. Once we got married, we continued to do so with our four children. What better place to open a business than in your favorite vacation spot?? That’s what we did!
Best Budz Botanics began with our interest in all of the benefits cannabis has to offer. We decided that we wanted to know what exactly was in our cannabis, so we started growing a few plants in our basement. We quickly began to fall in love with the entire process of growing and nurturing the plants, learning all we could to make the best possible product.
In 2018, when the first dispensaries opened up in MA, we noticed a common review from customers - overwhelming. That’s when we discovered that we wanted to create something different. A dispensary that felt more welcoming and homey for everyone, whether it’s their first time ever or 100th visit!
Being family operated gives us the ability to have a close relationship to our staff, customers and the community - and that is definitely our favorite part!

Our team’s mission is to provide quality controlled and tested cannabis products for all our customers. We strive to have a positive impact on the town of Essex and the surrounding communities.

Our family’s mission is to donate a percentage of every sale to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Children’s Hospital in the hopes of finding a cure for our grandson.
